STORY

THE MOON
It’s night-time and Hippo, Monkey,Dog and Cat are in the garden. They can see the moon. “Look”, says Hippo. “The moon is round. It has a face.”
“Oh, yes! Look! It has two eyes, a nose and a mouth”, says Monkey.
“I know- let’s smile at the moon!” says Dog.
So Hippo smiles at the moon. Monkey smiles at the moon. Dog smiles at the moon. Cat smiles at the moon.
And the moon? … The moon smiles back.
